We use your data to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; perform AI food analysis and nutrient estimation; calculate and track your dietary goals; and email you service-related notices as well as product updates, feature announcements, and promotional content (marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and can be opted out of at any time). We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes unrelated to the Service.
3. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on industry-certified third-party cloud providers for account authentication, data storage, and AI analysis. These providers adhere to strict data security standards and have their own privacy policies. Your data is processed by these providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service and is not used for any other purpose.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a cloud database using industry-standard encryption. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may delete individual dietary records at any time from the settings page, or delete your entire account. Following account deletion, we will remove your personal data from our servers within a reasonable timeframe. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for service improvement purposes.

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data; and obtain a copy of your data (data portability). To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information at the end of this policy.
7. Cookies and Tracking
The Service uses cookies solely to maintain login sessions and store language preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
8. Children
The Service is not designed for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Service. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
